- Work with the client to provide a programme of works to work around work there patterns
- Work with the client to ensure building control and planning are in place
- Providing detailed programmes of works

- Ensure any security or specific site rules are in place
- Site meetings to ensure all staff and contractors are buying in to the project and can deliver
- All Health and safety requirements are in place(CDM etc)
Project on site
